IPSC Cancellation Policy
The International Preservation Studies Center reserves the right to cancel a course if the enrollment does not reach the minimum required number of participants. The Center will notify participants of cancellations via email no later than 21 days before the starting date of the course, and a full refund will be issued. Please note that the Center cannot reimburse participants for any travel expenses, so do not make non-refundable travel plans before receiving written confirmation that the course will take place.
Participants who withdraw their registration AFTER the course has been confirmed will either forfeit half of their total payment OR transfer their payment credits to another course in that calendar year. Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the course start date will foreit their total payment OR transfer their credits to another course in that calendar year. Refunds will not be issued for credits transferred to a course with a lower registration fee. Refunds and credits not claimed before the end of the calendar year cannot be transferred to the next calendar year and are forfeited to the International Preservation Studies Center.
Refunds for Participants Who Withdraw their Registration BEFORE course confirmation:
30 days or more prior to course: Full refund less $100 administrative fee
29-21 days prior to course: 50% refund less $100 administrative fee
